Love the two handles and the extra metal ring. The handles are comfortableAnd easy to hold

  2. Kristi

Looks gorgeous in person and the padded handles are great. Well-constructed, looks lovely with the matching collar, definitely recommend.

  3. Brandon Simmons

I like how it has two handles that are soft and padded. It never hurts our hands. The leash is nice and sturdy. We usually let them walk with 6ft but if we are passing by other people or are near a busy street then we use the closer handle and it’s the perfect length to keep our dogs right next to our side. I throw them in the washer 1-2x a month along with their matching harnesses and then let them air dry. Highly recommend!

The extra loop is in exactly the right position. The leash is sturdy without being stiff. It’s a great leash for walking our active dog. Can’t give 5 for durability because she chewed through the old one after a year, but at the high quality and low price I’m happy to replace annually.

I am an owner of three adorable furballs who are extremely strong when going out for walks. This type of leash works for large dogs in various of situations such as pulling on the leash or getting excited when encountering other dogs, animals and people. This is my first leash from Leashboss. I am extremely happy I purchased this leash. I plan on buying several more in different colors! What I love about the leash is that there is a soft handle in between the end that is supposed to be attached to the hook of the harness/collar and the other end for the dog walkers to loop his/her wrist in. This part assists me in controlling the dogs while they walk. It is also handy in maintaining control should they get too excited. I can forsee being able to use this leash for a long time. The only con with this is that it is a little bit shorter than I would like for it to be. I also think that they could make this leash a lot more sturdier, more of like a on a heavy duty side.I would definitely recommend them to anybody and everybody that has big dogs.

I got this for walking my big Bernedoodle puppy who tends to pull me. The lower handle gives me a good place to hold to keep him close and it’s padded so my hand doesn’t hurt. This is my 2nd leash boss leash. Love them!

This leash is a game changer of great quality! We’re nearly ready to replace our original Leash Boss leash which we’ve been using for years. We’re only replacing it because we allow our dog to run home (from a couple of houses away) at the end of walks and the cement is starting to wear our leash. Bought one for gift for a friend whose dog pulls so she can use the shorter handle to keep her close.

  8. Southern Yankee

Strong leash that is actually double thick!

  9. Christina.Viol87

I love the thickness of the handle. It’s really nice and totally worth it. The double handles are excellent. My dog doesn’t trust other dogs so I’m able to grab on to the handle closest to her and get her under control if a dog approached her

I recently rescued a 1 year old 55 pound Australian Shepherd, with exactly the amount of energy you would expect from an adolescent dog with little training. He’s almost half my body weight and leash reactive so using the standard 6-foot leash was difficult and left my hands blistered from the material. This leash is a game changer!! Literally the first time I walked him with it I felt more in control and, even though I think he was pulling the same amount, it didn’t feel like he was pulling so much. I will say after a few walks with it he figured out the difference and went back to noticeably pulling but I would way rather be pulled down the street with a padded, easily controllable handle than with a nylon leash and rope burn! I plan to use a regular leash to train him to heel, etc. but in the meantime since he needs 2-3 walks a day around neighborhood streets and the local park and pulls like crazy around squirrels and dogs I’m using this leash and you would probably have to pay me to switch back. One drawback is for training, if you are training loose leash walking, heeling, etc. then the handle hangs down and will sort of whack the dog as you walk, so I would recommend having a normal leash for training and using this one when you need the extra control. Also for me, as a 5’6″ girl, the length between the clasp and the handle was a little long and gave him just enough length to weave in front of me so we tripped each other constantly. I tied a knot in between the clasp and the handle to shorten that and since then it’s been pretty smooth sailing.
